To open your access to a pre-existing Ecoinvent license in Earthster LCA Software, please provide us with the following:
If you have access to ecoQuery (Ecoinvent)
If you have login for www.ecoinvent.org, capture a screenshot of your Licenses page from www.ecoinvent.org (how to below) and send it to your Earthster contact person through email. The screenshot should include all details of the Ecoinvent license on the page. If you do not yet have an Earthster contact person, send the email to [email protected].
How to access Licenses page at www.ecoinvent.org:
Go to www.ecoinvent.org
Click on database login and log in
Once you have successfully logged in, see bottom left of the page where you can see your name, click on your name.
Click on “manage account”
You should be able to see “Licenses” page
Take a screenshot of the full page that includes the following details
License type (E.g Commercial or Educational at the top of the license details)
Expiry date
User email address
Send this screenshot to your Earthster contact through email.
If you have an invoice that proves your purchase of Ecoinvent
If you do not have access or login to www.ecoinvent.org, please send the invoice detailing your Ecoinvent license details to your Earthster contact person through email. If you do not yet have an Earthster contact person, send the email to [email protected].
Make sure the invoice includes:
License type (E.g Commercial or Educational)
Expiry date
User email address
If you do NOT have access to either ecoQuery or invoice
If you do not have access to the invoice with details of your Ecoinvent license, please provide your Earthster contact with the following details and we will initiate communication with Ecoinvent to verify your license. The communication may include Ecoinvent reaching out to you.
