Export your cycles to download your LCA data

Download your LCA results as a PDF, CSV, XLSX, HTML

Earthster allows you to export your cycles (LCA models) in various reporting format and file types. Once you have downloaded your data you can create your own diagrams to further visualise your LCA results.

Default report types

By default every user is able to export their results with the 5 main impact categories from ReCiPe 2016.

  • Simple

  • Full

    • Option to include inventory results

  • LCI data

Report types with other impact categories

With a full Ecoinvent license you are able to export your results with any of the impact categories (eg. IPCC 2021, EF3.1 ...) that you have access to.

Custom reports

We can custom build other report types to match your company's reporting needs.

Supported file formats:

  • PDF - Portable document format

  • XLSX - Spreadsheet file format, used by Microsoft Excel

  • CSV - Comma separated spreadsheet table

    • Accepted by any spreadsheet tool

  • HTML - Standard markup language for web pages

    • Works also for adding your data into text documents

Exporting your cycle results

  1. Go to the Export cycle section of your cycle.
    ​

  2. Choose a specific release or leave it as the "live release" to export the current state of your cycle.
    ​

  3. Select the report type

  4. Select the format of the report (PDF, Excel, CSV, HTML).

  5. Click "Generate report".

Exporting the EF compliant datasets (PEF)

This feature is only available for full Ecoinvent license holders.

With a full Ecoinvent license you can download more information about your LCA model.

  • ReCiPe main impact categories

  • EF impact categories

  • EF inventory

Including the EF compliant datasets (PEF) on your Full reports

  1. Go to the Export cycle section of your cycle.

  2. Choose a specific release or leave it as the "live release" to export the current state of your cycle.

  3. Select the "Full" report type

  4. Check the box to include the Aggregated EF compliant dataset (PEF)

  5. Select the format of the report (Excel, CSV, HTML)

    • Note: PDF is not recommended for this report type

  6. Click "Generate report".

Exporting your cycle's raw data

You can export the raw data of your cycle as a backup or as an alternative way to share your information with your customers.

Exporting your cycle as a JSON file

  1. Go to the Export cycle section of your cycle.

  2. Choose a specific release or leave it as the "live release" to export the current state of your cycle.

  3. Click the "or download as JSON" link
